Executive Coach
Success should not cost you yourself.
With over 20 years leadership experience in high-performance environments, I coach women to succeed without over-adapting to expectations that quietly cost them confidence, energy and influence.
Who it's for
You are good at what you do. You have worked hard to get here. But something is not quite adding up...
Particularly those in fast-paced, high-performance environments including tech, finance, gaming, professional services and beyond.
You do not need fixing. You need a clearer picture of what is actually happening and the space to work out what to do about it in a way that is true to who you are.
This is where I can help.
What you walk away with
We work with real situations, patterns and goals. I offer confidential conversations where you can think openly and speak freely, without judgement.
You bring honesty and willingness to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. I bring challenge, reflection and perspective to help you recognise the patterns and adaptations that may be driving results, but quietly costing you more than they should.

Why me
The tension between being seen as too much and not being taken seriously enough. Between driving results and being expected to soften how you do it.
There is a reason this happens and it is not about you or the organisations you have worked in. High-performance environments tend to reward what behavioural science calls agentic behaviours: decisiveness, directness, results-focus. These are what get you noticed and promoted. But leadership also demands communal behaviours: connection, trust, bringing people with you. In many environments, these are still quietly undervalued.
For women, this creates a very specific kind of friction. Too agentic and you risk being seen as hard or unapproachable. Too communal and you risk being overlooked for the bigger decisions. Neither is a fair reflection of capability. Both are real experiences.
I know this because I lived it. I have more than 20 years corporate experience across several organisations, each one teaching me something about this balance that I wish I had understood far earlier. Now I coach to help other women shortcut what took me two decades to figure out, so they can lead with more of themselves intact.
